Cancellation and Refund Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Once your order is confirmed and an Order Number is generated, it cannot be cancelled.
- However, if the AWB (Air Waybill) hasn’t been generated yet, you can request cancellation through our Contact Us page we’ll try our best to help.
- If your order has already been dispatched, instant cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you may simply refuse delivery, and once the item reaches our warehouse in its original condition, we’ll process your refund.
REFUND POLICY
- In Pre-menifest cancelled order the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- In prepaid order rto cases refund will be given in same source of account or you may request the same order.
- In any return case if you wish refund then it shall be given in the form of MajorCash.
IMPORTANT NOTE
- For orders that may have been lost, please reach out to us as soon as possible after the tracking link reflects “lost/ damage/ disposed”. Either will refund in source account or reship the same order.
- In case if the order has been marked delivered on website but not delivered kindly raise a complaint within 3 days.
