HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY T-SHIRTS?
- Use cold water to avoid color bleed and shrinkage.
- Choose mild detergents and avoid bleach or fabric softeners.
- Reverse wash only.
- Use a gentle cycle for both hand washing and machine washing.
- Air-dry and avoid dry cleaning.
- Do not iron the print directly.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship across all major cities and towns in india. International shipping is not available yet, but we're working on it, stay tuned.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING AND COD CHARGES?
All orders from madmajorclo.com qualify for free shipping across India. COD orders incur an additional charge of INR 149.00.
WHERE ARE ORDERS SHIPPED FROM?
All online orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Delhi.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?
We ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them and after that 3-5 days to deliver.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS/NUMBER AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?
Please note that once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Track your order here. Or after placing the order you will also receive an email with tracking details and estimated delivery date from our logistics partner.
WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG NUMBER OR ADDRESS AND MY PREPAID ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN DISPATCHED?
Once a prepaid order is dispatched, we cannot change the number or address. If delivery fails due to incorrect details, the package may be returned to us. Please contact our support team promptly so we can assist you with reshipping or a refund.
WHAT IF MY ORDER SAYS ‘DELIVERED’ BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT?
Please raise a complaint within 3 days of the order being marked delivered. We will investigate and assist you accordingly.
CANCELLATION POLICY
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER PRE-DISPATCH?
Once your order is confirmed with an Order Number, it can't be cancelled. However, if the AWB hasn’t been generated, you can request a cancellation through our Contact Us page at earliest. We’ll do our best to help!
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER POST DISPATCH?
Once your order is dispatched, instant cancellation isn't possible. You can simply refuse delivery, and we'll process your refund once the item reaches our warehouse.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND IN RTO CASES?
For prepaid orders returned to origin (RTO), the refund will go back to the original payment method.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A INCOMPLETE/FAULTY/DAMAGED PRODUCT?
Fill the Return Request Form or Email support@madmajorclo.com with the order number as well as pictures of proof on the defects or issue. Once confirmed, our team will revert back with an email back to you for assistance or submit your query on return & exchange form.
CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT DUE TO SIZE ISSUES?
We have exchange policy of 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?
Kindly note that items purchased during a sale are not eligible for return or refund.
HOW LONG DOES THE EXCHANGE PROCESS TAKE?
Once we receive the returned item, we'll confirm and process the exchange within 5-7 business days.
HOW LONG DOES PICKUP TAKE ONCE MY REQUEST IS APPROVED?
Once arranged pickup for returns/exchanges it will be picked up within 3–4 business days from the original delivery address.
IS THERE A RETURN SHIPPING FEE?
Return shipping is free if the product delivered was incorrect or damaged. In other cases, return shipping charges may apply (rare).
HOW ARE REFUNDS PROCESSED?
In any return case if you wish to have refund then it shall be given in form of coupon code, which can be used for future orders.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND? ONCE IT'S INITIATED?
Once your refund has been initiated, it typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. However, the exact timing may vary depending on your payment method and bank processing times. If it takes longer, feel free to reach out to us we’re happy to help!
WHAT IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY REFUND YET?
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or payment method, including past statements or unbilled transactions. If it’s not reflected, contact your bank’s customer care with the refund reference number. If they can’t help, you may raise a dispute with the bank’s grievance cell. Still need help? WHAT IS MAJORCASH?
MajorCash are store credit which is provided virtually and can be used as online payment to purchase on website. it’s attached to your unique customer id (phone number/email) and cannot be used with any other customer id.
IS THERE ANY CAPING ON USING MAJORCASH?
Nope! You can use 100% of your MajorCash in a single purchase. No limits, no restrictions.
WHAT IS THE VALIDITY OF MAJORCASH?
It never expires.
HOW DO I APPLY MY MAJORCASH (STORE CREDIT)?
- Login to madmajorclo.com with your registered email/number using OTP.
- Add desired products to cart.
- Click 'View Cart' at the top right corner.
- Proceed by clicking the Check out button to continue.
- Scroll down to 'Payment section' after adding address details.
- Select the cashback checkbox above payment options.
CAN I USE MAJORCASH ALONG WITH A DISCOUNT CODE?
In most cases, yes, but some promotional codes may not be combinable with wallet use. If this happens, we’ll let you know during checkout.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN AN ORDER PAID WITH MAJORCASH?
The refunded amount will be re-credited to your MajorCash wallet not your original payment method.

WHAT IS A BLIND PRE-ORDER?
A Blind Pre-Order means you’re locking in your item before it officially drops without seeing the design. Trust us it’s going to be worth it.
WHEN CAN I SEE THE DESIGN OF THE BLIND PRE-ORDER ITEM?
This is a blind Pre-Order, the design will be revealed on drop day or a few days before on our official Instagram page. Don’t worry it’s gonna be worth it. Every drop is bold, unique, and made to stand out.
WHY SHOULD I DO BLIND PRE-ORDER?
Lock in limited or early-release pieces at a special price before they sell out, be among the first to own the newest drops, and skip the stress of launch-day chaos.
WILL I GET ANY DISCOUNT/BENEFIT IF I DO BLIND PRE-ORDER?
Pre-Ordering gets you a special discount lower than the launch price. It’s our way of showing love to early supporters. Once the drop goes live, prices go up to original MRP so lock it in early, save big, and secure your piece before it’s gone.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BLIND PRE-ORDER DELIVERY?
It will be shipped as per our standard delivery timeline once the product/drop goes officially live on website.

CAN I COMBINE A BLLIND PRE-ORDER WITH IN-STOCK ITEMS?
We recommend placing separate orders. If you combine them, everything will ship together when the pre-Order item is live/ready.
CAN I PLACE A BLIND PRE-ORDER WITH CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?
We don’t offer COD on Pre-Orders any COD order will be auto-cancelled. Since each piece is specially reserved or made just for you,pre-payment is a must. But don’t worry it’s safe, easy, and totally worth it for that exclusive early access and sweet discount!
