SHIPPING POLICY

• At MADMAJOR our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live in INDIA. We promise to provide the highest level of responsiveness to you at all times.
  
• All orders are processed within 48hrs and get delivered within 3-5 business days.
  
• COD charges are there of INR. 149.00 for all cash on delivery orders.
  
• Shipping charges INR 149.00 are free for all cod/prepaid orders it will be borne by MADMAJOR.
  
• User will get additional 5% instant discount on prepaid order.
  
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
  

REVERSE PICKUP POLICIES

• Once reverse pickup is generated it will be picked up within 3-4 business days.
  
• Pick-up will be attempted thrice. If the courier partner is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the warehouse address.
  
• Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pincode. If the area falls under unserviceable zone then costumer have to self-ship the product, will refund the courier charges in the form of coupon code.
  
• Estimated delivery of all exchange queries fall between 5-7 business days.
