RETURNS & EXCHANGE
- You have 7 days from the time of delivery to use our return/exchange policy. After this period of time, no returns or partial order can be returned and exchanged.
- If the product is faulty, damaged, wrong, or missing, please report it within three days of delivery.
- Please keep all package materials and damaged goods before submitting a claim.
- If there is a size issue, you may raise exchange request within seven days of delivery.
- In the event that a size change is not possible due to stock availability, we will make arrangements for this to be exchanged for another product or your will be issued MajorCash, which you may use for your next purchase.
- Exchanges will be processed only for the same amount or a higher amount item.
- Exchanges orders and sale items (Excluding regular sale/discount) are not eligible for returns or MajorCash.
- If you are unsure whether you are eligible for a refund or exchange or not, please reach us at support@madmajorclo.com.
YOU MAY INITIATE THE REQUEST OF EXCHANGE/RETURN OF A PRODUCT IF:
- The size of the product does not fit. Â Â
- Both the product and shipping package have been damaged.
- Product is defective.
- Parts of the product or accessory is missing.
UNDER WHAT CONDITIONS RETURN/ REPLACEMENT REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED?
- The product has not been worn, cleaned or tampered by you.
- The product should be free of odors, stains, dents, scratches, tears, and damage.
- The product is not altered.
- The brand tags, original packaging material, accompanying accessories are intact and not damaged or discarded by you.
- Products returned should be in a saleable condition.
- We reserve the right to reject any exchange/return request for a product that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions.
HOW TO RAISE RETURN/ EXCHANGE REQUEST?
- Drop a mail to us on support@madmajorclo.com or revert us on this return & exchange form along with images of the product highlighting the issue and by mentioning the concern.
- Once we got query/complaint/request it will take 24-48 hrs to revert on the same.
- Based on the concern (if eligible) will arrange the return pickup from the same delivered address.
- Your return item get picked up within 3-4 business days.
- Note- kindly return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, we won’t proceed forward with the query.
- Please note that once your order has been received at the warehouse, it will go through a quality check and once approved, your exchange/return query will be processed further.
- In case of refund, will refund the amount in the form of MajorCash (store credit).
