SHIPPING POLICIES 

• At MADMAJOR our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live in India. We promise to provide the highest level of responsiveness to you at all times.
• All orders are processed within 48hrs and get delivered within 3-5 business days. 
• COD charges are there of INR. 100.00 for all Cash on delivery orders.
• Shipping charges INR.100.00 are free for all COD/PREPAID orders it will be borne by MADMAJOR. 
• User will get additional 10% instant discount on prepaid order.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 
• If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, Kindly connect with us or we will contact you via email or telephone. 

 

REVERSE PICKUP POLICIES.

• REVERSE PICK-UP IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE IN YOUR AREA PINCODE. IF THE AREA FALLS UNDER UNSERVICEABLE ZONE THEN COSTUMER HAVE TO SELF-SHIP THE PRODUCT, WILL REFUND THE COURIER CHARGES IN THE FORM OF Majorcash.
• Once reverse pickup is generated it will be picked up within 3-4 working days.
• PICK-UP WILL BE ATTEMPTED TWICE. IF THE COURIER PARTNER IS UNABLE TO PICK UP THE SHIPMENT, YOU WILL HAVE TO SEND THE SHIPMENT BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE ADDRESS. 
• ESTIMATED DELIVERY OF ALL EXCHANGE QUERIES FALL BETWEEN 5-7 WORKING DAYS.

LOST GOODS

• For products that may have been lost, please reach out to us as soon as possible after the tracking link reflects “LOST/ DAMAGE/ DISPOSED”. Either will refund in form of major coins or reship the same parcel.
• In case if the Order has been marked as delivered but not delivered kindly raise a complaint with in 3 days.
